1. Plan and manage the timeline of various proposal projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
2. Write and edit proposal content such as company profiles, solutions, service workflows, and budget quotations.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, construction, design, legal) to gather required information and integrate it into a comprehensive proposal.
4. Review tender documents (e.g., RFPs) to ensure proposal content is complete and compliant with all requirements.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop differentiated proposal strategies and key messaging based on client needs.
6. Prepare supporting materials for proposal presentations and, when needed, assist in or participate in client meetings and presentations.
7. Establish and maintain a proposal database, templates, and case studies to improve team efficiency and consistency.
8. Support supervisors or the sales team on other proposal-related projects as needed.
9. Proposal managers may receive performance-based bonuses for successfully awarded projects, depending on project scale and contribution level.
✔ 理想候選人應具備:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or project management.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese , with strong logical thinking and articulation.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with visual tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
4. Basic layout and visual design sense, with the ability to assist in producing professional-quality proposal documents.
5. Strong cross-functional collaboration and time management skills; able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
6. Able to read RFPs and tender documents in both Chinese and English, and capable of writing proposals in English.
