2.Plan, execute, and finalize operational and strategic projects with quality control, and according to strict deadlines, and within budget
3.Acquire resources and coordinating the efforts of team members effectively to deliver project results
4.Completes project and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress, problem-solving, making adjustment to plan.
5.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
6.Establish corrective/recovery actions to eliminate impacts to project milestones
7.Follow and evaluate the day-to-day project performance to identify problem area and actions to correct.

In addition to above responsibilities, the assistant temporary have to assist below duties before the financial department personnel on board.
1.Execute monthly payroll report
2.Payslip preparation
3.Book keeping
4.Assist in preparing Financial Statement
5.Organized and standardized accounting records
6.Handle account payable and receivable including issue invoice and write checks and fund transfer
7.Working closely with outsourced accountant
8.Company assets control and management
- Use specialized surveyed software and equipment.
- Use vehicles to acquire data in both onshore and offshore.
- Produce reports (DPR, HSE report, mob/demob report and operation report).
- Work in a variety of different situations, applications and provide accurate and reliable information.
- Acquire assigned information on site.
- Respond to technical queries from onshore engineering teams and problem-solve for colleagues working
offshore - if working onshore.
- Review company procedures and software projects and provide feedback on courses and in-house training.
- Work as part of a team of technical specialists.
- Adjustments in job duties will be made according to the requirements of the project, for example: surveyors, captains, etc.
- Assist tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
