About the job : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage our product portfolio and develop a cohesive product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision and requirements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products and solutions that meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. A Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving and optimizing product features and positioning to maintain the company's product portfolio excellence and achieve business targets. You will collaborate with the Business Manager to conduct research, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategies, identify the target audience, and determine the best way to meet their needs. You should maintain a long-term business perspective to translate this vision into actionable product plans that support annual growth targets. Additionally, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of the global marketplace and vertical applications, while fostering strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and challenging the status quo. The Product Manager is also responsible for go-to-market initiatives and coordinating execution. This includes planning and executing product launches, working with the marketing team to develop content and programs that empower channels, increase market awareness, and meet business targets for sales revenue and market leadership. To excel in this role, a Product Manager must be analytical, innovative, and strategic, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This highly matrixed position requires cultivating strong relationships across all function areas, including marketing, sales, operations, and engineering development.
