*Ensure change control system is robust and routed in a timely manner. Plan, execute and follow up on internal audit program to assure conformance with *Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). *Coordinate, accompany and follow up Regulatory Authorities GMP inspection, PAI for new product and Third Party Audits by Customers. *Perform supplier qualification and maintenance *Manage the regulatory updates, implementation and compliance related procedures. *Participate, facilitate and review investigations of deviation, laboratory investigations and product complaint. Propose, review and implement corrective and preventive actions to address the identified root cause(s). *Collect, compile, review annual product review document. Maintain and provide statistics support of QCAL. *Support cleaning validation tasks. *Support and execute QIP fo for site innovation, improvement and enhancement of regulatory requirement *Other tasks as assigned by the company.
-Manage and Maintain Instrument/Equipment Life Cycle: purchasing, installation/qualification, calibration/performance check, troubleshooting and decommission. -For new instrument/equipment procurement, manage the relative activities, i.e. technical and beneficial survey according to laboratory requirement, purchasing related activities (e.g. manage CapEx, request quotation, apply for purchasing request and confirm invoice), installation/operation/performance qualification (IOPQ), related documents (e.g. URS, FRS, IOPQ protocol/report, VSR, TM, SOP). -Manage periodical calibration/performance check/preventive maintenance for laboratory instruments/equipment. -Maintain periodical schedule in SAP, including all calibration/performance check/preventive maintenance, instrument periodic review and data restore verification. -Maintain and assure the currency and accuracy of all in-house standards used for the calibration/performance check, including gauges, device, volumetric unit, Temp probe, standard weight, calibration kit and chemical standards. -Maintain instrument relevant SOPs/Logbooks/Forms, including initiate and review. -Manage the documents related to instrument/equipment, such as brochure, technical information, user manual, safety data sheet, all protocols, reports and logbooks. -Manage instrument/equipment related change controls, e.g. instrument/equipment moves, upgrades, document revision or any other critical changes by appropriate SOPs. -Manage instrument/equipment troubleshooting/repair/replacement through Out of Service Notification (OOSN). Pro-actively coordinate to minimize the impact of such activity on lab operations. -Conduct instrument related investigations/impact assessment in case any instrument/equipment fails the qualification/performance verification. -Manage and maintain computer system validation (CSV) related activities, e.g. user privilege and account management, periodical review, data backup/archiving and restore verification. -Co-ordinate and ensure that instrument vendors and contract service are providing prompt, high quality services with respect to installation, qualification, repair and maintenance. -Maintain QC lab instrument/equipment master list. -Prepare related information and/or generate documents for SOP and GMP regulatory required documents, such as annual product report and instrument/equipment annual report. -Contribute, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for instrument/equipment, to drive continuous improvements for the life cycle procedures. -Train and develop laboratory end users to improve their proficiency and expertise in the operation of instrument/equipment and their related operating software. -Implement LIMS project. -Other duties as assigned by the supervisors or company.
*Lead team in establishing effective and efficient program to operate all utilities systems on site. Program of good SOP’s, logging, troubleshooting and skill development. *Lead team in the implementation of and effective and efficient maintenance program which includes corrective maintenance work, preventive maintenance program and predictive or condition monitoring program. *Conduct periodic reviews of 1 and 2 above to comply with new standards and continuous improvement program. *Continuously improve systems efficiency and implement Kaizen and OE in the utilities area to reduce operation cost–including HVAC, CDA, Chilled Water, Cooling tower, Purified Water and etc... *Lead team in the upkeep and maintenance of the site facilities, building fascia, fire protection system and landscaping to ensure facilities fitness to meet regulatory and ecstatic requirements. *Lead and coach staff and engineers in the troubleshooting and basic repair for both mechanical and electronic production and facility equipment. *Collaborate with SAP team and engineers in the set-up of an effective maintenance management system in SAP linking to spare parts inventory management. *Maintain maintenance drawing and technical manual library. *Troubleshoot and/or repair electrical equipment using test equipment and use of nonintrusive devices and equipment.(multi-meter, signal generator, infra-red detectors etc). *Provide timely notification to management of any discrepancy that has a direct or indirect impact on product quality. *Maintain an adequate, organized and complete spare parts inventory including all consumables. *Review and approve qualification protocols for the Installation, Operation, and Performance of HVAC, CDA and PFW systems. *Other tasks as assigned by the company.
