The person in this role supports sales representatives by providing strategy, necessary data for product demonstrations to sales personnel, and training. This role also organizes and coordinates product training for employees and distributors and makes technical presentations at sales meetings and/or customer locations. Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and drive revenue growth and profitability. 2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to develop and execute product launch plans and ensure successful adoption. 4. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with customers. 5. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies. 6. Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales, market share, and profitability, and take corrective actions as necessary. 7. Identify new product opportunities and work with business development team to develop product concepts and business cases. 8. Develop and deliver product training to sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders. 9. Understand digital marketing and channels to implement activities that support business growth in different promotional mix. 11. Pricing: Strategically set the price for all EPD products.
