* Objectives:
Support the sales team to develop the sustainability business (LCA, Carbon footprint, Eco-design, Critical review, EDP, BV Mark, …) and assist customers in achieving their ESG objectives.
* Pre-sales :
- Keep up to date with the sustainability sales kit in collaboration with marketing.
- Be in relation with other BV entities for business development purposes and expertise up-to-date
- Visit customers with the sales team to promote BV sustainability services
- Support Sales to deliver solutions & excellent technical services to clients, including test plan discussion, price strategy, and technical consultant.
- Support technical presentations and be able to prepare materials and service presentations in response to business and client needs.
- Communicate with clients for project issues/specifications if product specifications change.
- Problem analysis and providing our technical solutions and suggestions to clients
- Assist project resource integration and problem-solving.
- Strengthen customers' relationships with satisfied technical support.
- During the execution of the project for key clients, pre-sales can be the single technical contact for technical discussion.
* Delivery :
- Maintain your expertise level to be able to deliver the entire BV sustainability portfolio to our customers
- Deliver sustainability services and meet customers' needs, for example:
- Be able to conduct sustainability and Ecodesign training (from beginner/advanced to customized training based on client requirements)
- Conduct brainstorming, workshops, benchmarking, tech watch, business model innovation, design thinking, etc. service.
- Conduct LCA & carbon footprint evaluation
- Have the necessary knowledge to perform a critical review
* Internal BV :
- Follow the company's internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
- Fully comply with the requirements of the BV Code of Ethics
