1. Responsible for performing the on-site, installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair of all a models of complex contamination management systems at the customer site.
2. Provides technical and service support to customers
3. Prepare reports on customer support issues and escalate to local FAE or Product Engineering/Applications team.
4. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
5. Flexibility to support on-duty and travel domestic or international upon request.
