1. Account management - day to day contact window for customer accounts. Effectively manage each phase of the sales process. 2. Coordinate with other departments regarding sales, new product development, new projects, production, shipping, etc. 3. Coordinate responses to RFQs, run costs from the ERP system; quote and follow- up with customers, enter orders in the ERP system. 4. Monitor, update, and track delivery schedule for orders and sample orders. 5. Represent the company at trade exhibitions/events, domestic and international. 6. Any projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
