Sales Performance - Achieve the agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target set by the Manager - Gaining suitable outlets in order to expand distribution of the Company's core and strategic brands among potential customers to hit and overachieve the distribution target - Increase listings of the Company's brands in customers following by activation and distribution plan - Ensure realistic stock level of the Company's brands kept by customers Business Insight - Implement the territory store segmentation planning and following by aligned call plan - Maintain an accurate, updated sales supporter database following by consumer activation results and feedbacks - Understanding and evaluating the sell in and sell out result with inventory control to maintain the health business situation for outlet level - Professional knowledge: Spirit and Wine WSET level 2Trade Relationships Trade Relationships - Call on and be responsible for the quality service to major customers assigned by the Manager - Providing an accurate, updated market intelligence and sales FCST - Evaluate the outlet coverage, call frequencies and cycles constantly and propose to the following by store segmentation and call plans Merchandising & Display - Ensure facings and display of the Company’s brands at the outlets following by channel merchandising guideline - Ensure stock hygiene and to minimize damaged goods returned by the outlets Market Intelligence - Monitor the retail price in each outlet and updating in ASPIRE - Monitor competitors' activities including pricing and activation contents Consumer Activation - Provide and work with CM team to generate consumer activation - Ensure activation are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget - Ensure individual activation, display and merchandising are properly conducted in each outlet - Work closely with CM team to evaluate methods to improve activation effectiveness and operational efficiencies Others - Participate in the monthly and quarterly meeting to review and update the market activities and information - Working as a team player and willing to assist the team members to achieve the goal
