【Job Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for delivering short-term project deliverables required for business exhibitions and investor presentations.
2.Capable of handling business client requirements, ensuring effective communication, and successfully translating those requirements.
3.In charge of virtual human projects for large clients, controlling the communication of requirements, definition of deliverables, negotiation, contracting, project execution, delivery, acceptance, review, and improvement.
4.Develop solutions that integrate various industries and business scenarios, assisting ecosystem partners in turning solutions into products.
5.Manage interdepartmental communication and coordination, collaborating with 3D artists and the R&D team to ensure the overall project development progress.
6.Oversee the output of company partnership product solutions, including requirements analysis, product design, advertising design, project management, product deployment, and post-launch product optimization.

【Job Requirements】
1.Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the internet, animation or gaming industry.
2.Strong documentation and project management skills.
3.Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

- Create product promotion materials, like packaging, marketing copy, website content, product presentations, and press releases. Ensure all Go-to-Market materials are ready and implemented.
- Track product launches, update and optimize content, and keep materials current with the latest information.
- Work with vendors to develop unique promotional items and manage annual department uniform production.
- Handle weekly meetings, update reports, maintain public areas, design shared posters, email signatures, and portfolios, and manage other administrative tasks.
- Research market trends and generate creative promotional ideas. Design cross-brand collaborations and provide product design suggestions to boost market appeal.
- Conduct market and competitor research to offer product feature and development improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with media, partners, and sponsors, monitor public opinion, and ensure positive brand reporting and exchanges.
- Work with the R&D team to use feedback from influencers and consumers to improve product quality and user experience.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors and manage multiple project demands flexibly.

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for new products, including target market analysis, competitor analysis, and brand positioning to enhance brand influence and sales potential.
- Create and manage promotional materials, including marketing copy, website and sales content, product presentations, and press releases, ensuring the preparation and execution of all Go-to-Market materials.
- Work with the R&D team to incorporate feedback from influencers and users, improve product quality and user experience, and collaborate with the product planning team to develop product planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend studies to define product features and advantages, and develop new features to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.
- Propose innovative marketing plans, design cross-brand collaborations, and provide product design suggestions to enhance product uniqueness and market appeal.
- Develop product naming and image strategies in alignment with product roadmaps to enhance brand value and ensure clear and competitive market positioning.
- Collaborate with media, partners, and sponsors, monitor public opinion, develop crisis response strategies, and ensure favorable reporting and beneficial exchanges for the brand image.
- Plan and deliver technical and marketing messages to target audiences, provide internal and external product training and presentations, and effectively communicate product and technical information through documents and presentations.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors and manage multiple project demands flexibly.
