Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring the client's success and satisfaction while also driving revenue growth for the company. The goal is to build strong relationships with customers and drive sustainable financial growth.
Responsibilities
Account Management
• Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to use the product or service effectively.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop and implement customer success plans, outlining goals, objectives, and timelines for achieving success.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for product improvements or new features.
• Develop and maintain customer advocacy programs, such as case studies and referrals, to help build a strong brand reputation.
Business Development
• Seek new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and industry event networking.
• Research accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and cultivate interest to grow and sustain your sales pipeline.
• Work independently and with internal teams to plan pitches that speak to the client’s needs and objectives to close new business.
• Identify growth opportunities in campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.
1. Improve model accuracy/performance to achieve real-time inference on edge
device.
2. Iterate model to cover all kinds of common features on highway/city scene.
3. Develop multitask model.
4. Apply model distillation, pruning, factorization, and quantization.
5. Data cleaning and augmentation.
6. Port to edge device, profile and find bottlenecks.
7. SOTA paper reading and implement, model zoo building.

3. Optimize software runtime.
4. Build a software pipeline on the GPU cluster.
5. Robust model training pipelines.
6. 1+ years working in software development related to ML / AI will be better.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Strong programming skills and ability to debug ML systems.
9. Location will be Taipei City.

【What You’ll Work On】
1. Design and build LLM agents, chatbots, and other task-specific or general-purpose intelligent systems
2. Define ML/LLM problems and establish key evaluation metrics
3. Develop, implement, and evaluate models using both offline experiments and online deployment
4. Monitor system performance and iterate for continuous improvement
5. Stay up to date with the latest research and propose innovative applications of language models
