Roo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help us shape the future of how people manage their finances. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, business, design, engineering, and data teams to define product strategies and lead end-to-end development of key features — from ideation to execution and iteration.
Our goal is to become the go-to platform for users to choose their first financial products, and to grow their financial journey with us. We’re looking for someone who’s user-obsessed, data-driven, business-minded, and thrives in an environment of fast learning and change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage core product areas, including financial product matching, AI-powered recommendations, internal console systems, and feature requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
2. Analyze user data, behavior, and product usage to uncover monetization opportunities and optimize existing revenue strategies.
3. Lead a cross-functional product squad (design, frontend, backend, QA) to deliver features end-to-end, from planning and development to launch and iteration, using agile methodologies.
4. Collaborate closely with teams across product, business development, and marketing to ship impactful features that align with strategic goals and address user needs.
5. Track and report on product performance, including key financial and engagement metrics, and share insights with leadership to inform product decisions.
6. Ensure all product activities adhere to relevant compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in internet or financial services.
2. Strong problem-solving skills, with a deep curiosity for uncovering insights through investigation and data analysis.
3. Passion for AI technologies and a track record (or strong interest) in applying AI to enhance product value and drive innovation.
4. Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and analytical environment.
5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
