【Main Goals and Objectives】 • Provide assistance to IT projects for planning, information gathering, preparation, execution, reporting and documentation on schedule. • Support IT operations including service delivery, troubleshooting, improvement and documentation in both technical and non-technical aspects 【Main Tasks】 • Participate and assisting IT projects which may include: research tech options, testing, trouble shooting, report pricing and documentation. • Perform IT department regular payment, shopping cart creation, invoicing, expense control and documentation. • Support IT security program implementation and reporting. • Coordinate vendors for acquisition of require information (like hardware specifications, quotation). • Provide support in setting up users training. • Schedule/deadline-oriented tasks 【Office Time】Able to work for the period of 0.5 to 1 year, 3 full working days per week at least. 【Internship Eligibility】 Must be an enrolled student in University for entire internship program
