2. Managing spare parts reuse/recovery/refurbish/resell/recycle business.
3. Purchasing Jig / equipment for repair service and place PO to vendors , acquire delivery schedule to meet front-end demand
4. Analyzing reverse logistic route expense in CSC service process.
5. Sourcing service providers in the computer repair industry, contracting repair service, and RFQ negotiation, .
The Sales Controller (APAC) is a member of the Sales & Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for summarizing and analyzing reports from various departments, evaluating data reasonableness, clarifying issues through cross-functional communication, and driving enhancements to our working processes and management mechanisms.
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support to the APAC team
2. Understand each department’s working process and evaluate if all control points are reasonable
3. Collect data, summarize information, clarify and resolve problems
4. Manage issues escalated to the APAC team and coordinate internal HQ resources to address them
5. Monitor and control marketing expenditure.
6. Manage vendor funding, including tracking usage, claim status, and supporting documentation.
7. Audit and review overseas office expenses.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
