· Lead assigned business / sub-brand strategy development in the portfolio, pricing, communication and go-to-market based on people-centric insight and data analytics.
· Develop and execute omni-touchpoint (ATL, BTL, digital, social point of sales) marketing campaign & activation
· Manage advertising & promotion fund of assigned business / sub-brands and be accountable to business, equity and financial result
· Collaborate with multi-functional team (e.g. Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to achieve business & financial goals
· Digital Savvy. Professional knowledge in performance optimization, audience insight, content marketing
· Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
· Responsible for assigned Brand P&L. Drive competitive, sustainable and profitable growth for assigned brand
· Develop overall IP licensing & branding strategies
· Work closely with Content Hub asset development and ensure all deliverables are met as needed.
