Job Overview
As a Permit/Consent Manager, you will have the responsibility to make applications for the development of offshore wind projects in accordance of local regulations in particular the Electricity Act. In this capacity, the Permit/Consent Manager shall take on a broad package of tasks, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
Monitor relevant legislation and policy and advise the company to plan on development strategies.
Make applications in accordance with the Electricity Act and all relevant regulations to obtain permission for offshore wind development, including Establishment Permit, Work Permit, and Electricity Business License.
Plan and raise the need of technical documents for relevant applications in accordance with the schedule of a project development, as well as coordinate and consolidate the technical materials to develop application documents.
Plan and give presentations in relevant events such as public hearings, site visits, and review meetings.
Manage the validation of permits and the compliance of commitments in various development stages.
Build up relations with the relevant authorities including, Ministry of Economic Affairs(MOEA), Environmental protection Administration(EPA), Ocean Affairs Council (OAC), Ministry of the Interior(MOI), National Property Administration (NPA), and local city/county government, in support of the development of projects.
