【Job Purpose & Responsibilities】
1. Partner closely with BU management team on all people and organizational related issues
2. Provide guidance on people practices such as reward design, workforce management and succession planning
3. Assist with projects on employee retention, engagement and development to build high performance team
4. Work with various parties within group and acquired management team to deliver post-M&A integration activities (PMI)
5. Exercise sound judgment and expertise within broadly defined policies and practices
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor degree in human resources, business management or psychology
2. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources with focus on TA or L&D
3. Strong understanding of the business functions, priorities and dynamic competitiveness
4. Good communication/interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
5. Full professional proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+)
