Main Responsibilities: 1. Executions of local digital marketing campaigns, PR and events related projects. 2. Integrate of the above and trade marketing in different channels (both physical and on-line) to leverage brand awareness. 3. E-com, cost control, reporting, review of projects performance and supporting to marketing management. Details: a. Coordinate with agency to maintain and establish initiatives for all social media channels including plan and strategy development to bring the most impression, reach and interaction rate. Also including of the feedback to customers queries on the backend. b. Familiar with the on trend digital tools and have understanding of the backend of digital tools to have the review and analysis reports. c. Familiar with the promotion and operation of brand e-com business and need to assist marketing manager to run e-com promotions, and bring sales. d. Utilize headquarters assets on digital platforms to maximum the performance for each campaigns. e. Plan, creation and execution of PR activities such as press conferences, media gathering and advertorials and social activations that maximize brand and product exposures, and creates opportunities for positive free publicity to increase brand awareness. f. Establish and maintain good relationships with mainstream media, manager of celebrities and KOLs, in order to have them to deliver brand’s messages, product information and events to make the most noise in the market. g. Prepare and dispatch the press release texts to suitable media and through media pitch angles to gain the most awareness of promoting products and events. h. Developing of seeding program with KOL and artists. i. Discover and maintain the new and potential media for brand. j. Plan, creation and implement of seasonal festival topics to develop events and promotions for all physical stores (corporate stores and wholesale stores) to drive traffic and enhance transaction rate in channels. k. Set up, monitor and review each event performance by KPI to agencies. l. Assist corporate stores and key retailers to utilize headquarters’ assets on social media platforms for promotions and brand information dispatch. (ex. Facebook / You-Tube / LINE…) m. Work with marketing manager to define the main waves of marketing campaigns to be in line with headquarters’ strategies and work with agencies to create the marketing campaigns. n. Assist other team members in execution of other marketing projects upon special requests. o. Cost control, and verify the monthly budget and spending. p. Consolidate and provide monthly review reports. q. Survey the suitable the agencies for brand.
