As a member of a small team, you will be expected to ‘wear many hats’ as we work together to develop industry leading bikes! Job Responsibilities: **Test Lab Testing (80% of weekly workload) 1. Coordinate testing requirements with the development team including test request setup, required fixtures and procedures. 2. Perform daily testing including setup, tear down and report writing, documenting all results and failure locations. 3. Organize all test items for future inspection and analysis. 4 Ensure that all machines are receiving proper maintenance to obtain reliable test results and ensure the machine life is maximized. 5. Determine all test lab fixture and tool requirements to optimize efficiency and throughput. Work with all SBC test labs to source and order items as needed based on capacity and demand. 6. Work with SBC labs to determine the development of any new tests or test fixtures required to be performed at other testing locations 7. Educate colleagues in other departments as required about test standards, results, and logic behind the tests. 8. Ensure appropriate and careful setup of test samples, make sure all steps follow work instructions. ** Continuous improvement to increase lab accuracy and efficiency 1. Propose ideas for testing process improvement, collaborate with test Engineers to complete the improvement project. 2. Collaborate with the Global test lab team to create or modify test item WI and report. ** Project development involvement. 1. Perform failure mode analysis by working with design engineers and materials engineers to identify the initial location of the failure and potential root causes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO WIN: **College degree in technical subjects (B.S. in engineering or manufacturing). **Engineering experience in testing or manufacturing role, including: -Experience setting up and running tests with ability to follow documented procedures, operate and adjust machinery and fixtures as required. -Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes including stamping, forging, extrusion, tube forming, heat treatment, injection molding, casting, welding alloy structures & machining of alloys and composites. -Ability to interpret test results and suggest solutions if the part does not meet requirements. **Have proven experience creating and reading 2-dimensional drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T). As well you may be required to modify or create new drawings or parts for new test fixtures. **Familiarity with part inspection including basic hand-held inspection tools caliper for first article inspection. You will need to be able to inspect fixtures and tools making sure they meet drawing dimensions and tolerance. **Good Communication in English and Chinese. ** Ability to perform job responsibilities with limited supervision. ** Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD. able to use Agile PLM and Proe/Creo is plus. ** Avid cyclist and good bike mechanic preferred.

This exciting role offers opportunity to: QA工程師隸屬於Golf Pride台南廠品質部門的角色。該角色須熟悉ISO條文要求與內部系統串聯之規劃。主要職責是專注於品質系統優化、品質管理系統指標建立與跟催、稽核(內部稽核、供應商稽核、驗證稽核、母公司系統要求稽核)規劃實施、管審及文件管制。需進行跨部門溝通協調,以確保品質系統運作良好,並對系統缺失、稽核缺失進行分析、展開糾正與預防,以降低品質風險。 • 推動與執行ISO9001, EQMS 系統,負責公司品管體系的整併、建立、改善、優化和持續完善 • 管審主導與品質異常KPI追蹤與分析 • 執行內外部(內部稽核、供應商稽核、母公司系統要求稽核)稽核並提出預防矯正措施計畫及追蹤成果 • 品質系統相關文件管理(DCC) • 擅長跨部門溝通與協調 Requirement: • 大學畢,以工業工程管理系或化學工程系為優先 • Over 3 years Quality related experience • ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor, Knowledge of IATF16949, AS9000, VDA6.3 internal audit as plus • Knowledge in Quality 5 core tools • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, experience in Minitab as plus. • Working knowledge of SPC and Problem Solving (8D, 5Why, ….) • Perform monitoring according to plan, document actions and follow up on action plans. • Site selection visits incl. analysis of site logistics, site personnel performance/quality indicators and accountability for patient recruitment strategies. • Train and guide site staff in the protocol and trial procedures to minimise protocol deviations (PDs). • Know and meet all local and company requirements with respect to safety reporting and train site staff in safety information handling and systems. • Use EDC and other data source systems proactively for preparation and conduct of monitoring. • Verify and review source data as per trial needs. • Identify potential risks (by using Risk Indicator Report as well as other available tools and systems) and proactively take action to prevent or mitigate. • Ensure data cleaning cycle timelines are met in accordance with the Data Flow Plan. • Manage trial product requirements, incl. temperature deviations and training of site staff. • Ensure collaboration with and deliverables from vendors locally, if applicable. • Collect and manage essential documents. • Support the site in filing and archiving trial documentation in the Investigator Trial Master File (ITMF). • Participate in Investigators Meetings to ensure relations with sites as well as active presentation as applicable. • Set up the goals and plan the process to ensure timeliness in deliverables. • Demonstrate understanding of Therapeutic knowledge such as diseases and treatments as applicable. • Monitor and communicate internally any site observations critical to business results. • Maintain knowledge of and act in compliance with global and local SOPs, GCP and other regulatory requirements. • Support audits and inspections at sites and affiliate, as applicable. • Use Novo Nordisk systems proficiently incl. site staff training if applicable. • Ensure to list compliance/quality related tasks/responsibilities and specific, assigned acts of authority (QMS requirements) – also include information on independence and decision-making authority. • Participate in audits/inspections at assigned site.
