Position Purpose:
To help designated brands and achieve P&L target and budgets.
To implement brand strategy and integrated marketing campaign to generate sales.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. To support Product Manager to develop brand plan and oversee A&P to optimize brand investments and margins.
2. To support sales team with trade marketing plan execution excellence by connecting with PCS channels and in charge of trade daily operations
3. Cross function coop with supply chain and customer service team for stock forecast and allocation.
4. Work with external vendors to ensure quality planning/execution of ATL & BTL marketing plans, including advertising, consumer promotion, new product launch, packaging and POSM development.
5. Brand development, to maximize brand & product exposure and boost brand awareness with press and KOL relationship development, and cross-industry Cooperation.
6. To provide weekly sales report and analyze the product portfolio.
7. Take responsibility of social media account and digital content development, and create the social media ads.
