Plans and executes marketing activities and product promotion, consistent with the goals and objectives of the organization.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute annual marketing plan and budget, also maintain routine updates of the marketing plan.
- Quarterly and monthly marketing strategy and action plan.
- Assist and support in planning and executing of all the marketing campaigns and activities.
- New product launch plan and training.
- Coordinate with various parties, such as agency, vendors, supplier, to meet marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research activities and analysis to improve the marketing efforts.
- Product analysis and plan action based on analysis and feedback from the market.
- Organize community events, such as test rides/drives, and charity events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing promotion results to determine effectiveness of each promotion campaign.
- Budget and quality control.
- Engage with sales team on CRM system management to support the development of sales and marketing activities to increase client retention and loyalty.
- Write and edit promotional and informational materials.
- Professionally promote the products and services to attract new customers and/or target markets.
- Other duties as assigned.
1. Lead our top line growth by improving CAC and LTV.
2. Make growth strategy for entire funnel in on/off line marketing field.

3. Analyze data deeply to understand user behavior and take necessary actions.

5. Give direction to performance ad PIC and agencies.
6. Alliance with strategic partners.
7. Manage KPIs on a daily, weekly, and Monthly basis to achieve our target.
8. Keep updating the forecast to see where we are going and where we are accurately.
9. Develop campaign and analyze campaign results.
10. Allocate marketing budget strategically.

•Managing brand e-commerce sites from set up to implementation and beyond, proposing further developments and upgrades of e-commerce sites to achieve online sales target.
•To lead and direct e-business online campaigns to achieve highest standard of execution behind the principal brand image &strategies, and create synergy between online and offline sales.
•To support the launch of “e-retailer commerce” and maintain the business growth.
•Managing a portfolio of e-business sites and supporting new business initiatives.
•Undertaking sales and traffic analysis to proactively identifying incremental sales and profit opportunities for brand e-commerce site.
•Formulate and execute a clear yearly sales strategy to establish and expand the online business.
•Responsible for managing the merchandising of the sites, tracking and responding to online sales progress, product availability and margins to maximize sales growth and profitability.
•Solving problems which may arise within the team and customers on a daily basis and to ensure all work is produced accurately.
•Proactively support the development of communication and traffic-driving activities to continue increasing online customers. (e-CRM)
•Work closely with external agencies, internal marketing and sales teams to develop online marketing plans and to continue enhancing the attractiveness of the DIOR e-commerce website and e-retail sites.
•Analyse market and sales trends to produce sales reports to managements.
•Customers hot line service management
1. Maintain multiple EC channels product merchandising and promotional campaigns.
2. Daily operations for EC channels.
3. Integrate both online and offline CRM as well as run CRM marketing plans.
4. Create and manage website content calendars for bi-weekly homepage and category banner updates
5. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans for online promotions. (Email marketing/ social media marketing etc.)
6. Liaison between E-commerce site managers, in-house marketing team and other departments to plan and execute online promotions
7. Provide analytic reports for related sales initiatives
8. Liaise with E-commerce and in-house warehouses to assist shipping process and related logistics
9. Identify online business opportunities and take initiative to pursue future ventures
