PURPOSE OF JOB : As an Assistant Business Intelligence Manager, you are responsible for developing a data-driven way of working in our Sales Team, including but not limited to collect data, build sales performance dashboards, provide insights, institutionalize learning, and establish robust processes. Also, documenting conclusions and ensuring they are shared and implemented across the frontline sales teams is also part of the responsibilities. MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Strategy & Insights Generation - Enable the business to take data-driven decisions by providing weekly sales dashboards. - Assist sales leaders in developing strategies and tactics based on data insights. - Collaborate with people in cross-functional teams to further generate reports through retail audit measurement. - Extend knowledge of business intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations Data Management : - Provide regular reports by analyzing the business information that the company hold. - Consolidate commercial data from SEM (Sales Execution Mobile) and cooperate with people in Digital Development and Sales Capability functions to improve sales execution. - Compile sales KPI data from multiple systems and coordinate with people in Sales Capability function to monitor and analyze sales performance. - Consolidate Distributors Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) progress and work with Route to Consumer partners. - Manage CRM data to improve our portfolio mix.
