Introduction
This position will integrate EVOX Connect with growing CRM/ERP eco-systems and drive customers productivity up to the sky. Expand/Grow EVOX Integration platform (ECLIK/EC-ADK) for in house and external developers to collaborate on diverse CRM/ERP solutions. Join a growing team with passions on learning technologies and solving problems using agile and test driven methodologies.
Purpose of Position
• Build best DX (Developer eXperience) SDK platform for internal and external developers to integrate EVOX Connect with CRM ecosystem.
• Build best management portal for internal support team on configuring integration service subscriptions.
• Build best solutions to improve call center agent productivity, working spirits and lead to customer satisfactions.
Responsibility
• Develop EVOX Integration Platform to grow CRM eco-system
– Collaborate with customers/sales/support on use cases
– Collaborate with internal RD, DevOps, PM on full solutions
– Design/Implement Integration Platform (ECLIK/EC-ADK) features
• Develop apps on 3rd party store
– MS Teams, Salesforce, and more.
– Utilizing EVOX Integration Platform features
• Manage the platform and app services on the cloud
– Portal for 3rd party developer to learn API, starting guides and examples
– Support developer incidents
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Comfortable working in diversified OS environments. (macOS/Linux/Windows/Browser)
• Experience designing, programming Services using golang or similar languages.
• Understand API technologies such as gRPC, OpenAPI, GraphQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as version control, Dockerfile, Makefile, CI/CD workflow and collaborate with DevOps team
Pluses
• Web app development using Vue, React, Angular or other platforms.
• Experience with Authentication/Security workflow such as OAuth2, JWT, Crypto/Hash Algorithm.
• Experience with using database such as Sqlite, Postgresql, mySQL a plus
• Familiar with computer networking and application protocols such as https, sip, WebSocket, …etc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• An understanding and passion for developing highly secure and highly available systems
• Strong analytical, problem solving and production diagnostic skills
• Team player to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and proactive environment.
• A strong desire to learn new technology and share with others
