Talent Search Projects Execution (The 5 steps) 1. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team • Work very closely with the Associate to “map out” the candidate universe and develop the job control for every assignment. • Maintain and update candidates’ details, company profiles in Burgundy • Prepare candidate profiles • Organize assignment files • Develop new ideas and resources and make use of the technology including social networking sites, online forums etc to enhance search efficiency 2. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates 3. Personal interview with qualified candidates 4.
