*Ensure change control system is robust and routed in a timely manner. Plan, execute and follow up on internal audit program to assure conformance with *Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). *Coordinate, accompany and follow up Regulatory Authorities GMP inspection, PAI for new product and Third Party Audits by Customers. *Perform supplier qualification and maintenance *Manage the regulatory updates, implementation and compliance related procedures. *Participate, facilitate and review investigations of deviation, laboratory investigations and product complaint. • Develop and validate new analytical methodologies for the characterization and quality control of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, excipients and drug products. • Perform the analytical testing for technical transfer projects or any requirement. • Troubleshoot and maintain analytical instruments owned to ensure proper performance. (Train chemist as necessary to perform similar tasks.) • Write and review protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and test procedures. • Has a broad scope of responsibility within the lab for driving timely project completion. • Assists in providing necessary documentation to support regulatory submissions as required. • Defines complex problems, develops approaches and develops experiments using scientific sound judgment, e.g. develop highly specific, sensitive, accurate, precise HPLC/GC/IC methods for raw materials and finished products. • Assists to review the compendial (e.g. USP, EP) update section and prepare the corresponding compendial gap assessment report if being required. • Other relevant duties as assigned.
