Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. - To develop business strategy and marketing campaigns to drive mass retail customer acquisition across channels
- Responsible for the growth of mass retail active customer base and portfolio health
- Responsible for customer onboarding journey and platform to ensure sales objectives achievement and maximize cross-sale opportunities
- Work with multiple channels to deliver business results, both on digital and face-to-face channels
- Work with Data & Analytic, Retail Products, Wealth Products and other stakeholders to drive portfolio health
- Analyze information gathered to develop strategies that increase the customer base and our share of wallet, improve retention and grow market share
- Assist line managers to implement sales motivation campaigns based on planned execution to accelerate channels performance growth
- Exhibit solid personal business judgement and analytical skills
- Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation procedures
