Work out in-house package development to fulfill the needs of Business Line based on Application sheet requirement (Package development). 2. Coordinates company technical projects with internal departments (Assembly & testing) for design review, project timeline, characterization requirements, qualification progress and internal/external documentations for package release. 3. Collaborate with PI, Design group, WT, Per-Assy, Assy and FT team for new package/ product development and release on integral improvement with cost benefit., 4. Lead the cross-function teams to reach required quality improvement or cost reduction target. 5. Ensure smooth transition of qualified product/package from qualification phase through high volume manufacturing by upfront effective risk assessment to mitigate potential risk from assembly characterization, risk build and initial production release Qualification: 1. Master/Bachelor, Mechanical/Chemical/Material/Electrical engineering background. 2. >3 years of experience in packaging process, e.g. WLCSP/QFN/QFP/BGA...etc 3. Good communication and English skill, include reporting and communication with global coworkers. 4. TOEIC ≧ 600
Duties and Responsibilities: • Generate the project scope statement from the preliminary requirements document in collaboration with product managers and marketing team members. • Use project deliverables to develop the work breakdown structure and schedules that then drive the detailed activity/task list. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress to meet project milestones. • Actively manage the project’s Critical Path (or Critical Chain) and critical resources. • Work with team members to ensure accurate completion of engineering, marketing, and factory deliverables. • Manage the relationship with the customers and all stakeholders. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Project evaluations and assessment of the result. Qualification Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 6 years of experience in project management 3. Above 5 years experience in management in the manufacturing field. 4. Relevant working experience in vehicle quality systems is a plus. 5. Strong communication, planning, organizational, and listening skills. 6. Experience in project management for product development process control in component level or system level electronic products. 7. Be able to speak fluent English to communicate very often with peers and customers in the USA. 6. Fluent English in both oral and written, TOEIC 750.
