POSITION SUMMARY: The Creative Visual experience manager/senior manager ensures that the Visual experience is both consistently aligned with and contributes to the Maison’s image, expressing quality and excellence across all touchpoints: points-of-sale (retail/specialist partners), events... KEY RESPONSIBILITES: ELEVATE THE VISUAL EXPERIENCE ACROSS ALL RELEVANT TOUCHPOINT Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy (launch animations, seasonal themes…) in line with international and local 360-activation plans, in collaboration with marketing, commercial and supply chain teams. Drive the elevation of the visual experience in our physical store network: choice of iconography, decorative objects, floral arrangements… Propose creative ideas to enrich the experience in all touchpoints. On ad-hoc basis, develop special animations or displays for specific occasions. CONTRIBUTE TO THE DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF CLIENT EVENTS & ACTIVITIES Lead the design process for local client events and pop-ups, in line with HQ guidelines and concepts and in collaboration with Communication, Marketing, Client and Commercial teams. Provide aesthetic guidance and direction for all major activities and events (in-boutique, commercial, client treatment…) Maintain and nurture a strong network of external partners (production houses, suppliers…) REINFORCE THE VISUAL EXPERIENCE CULTURE ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION Elevate the knowledge of VE/VM across all teams (boutique, partners, office) and infuse a culture of aesthetics. Animate the function through frequent sharing and field visits. Co-construct action plans to raise standards and try innovative ideas through test-and-learn approach. Set-up and steer a market intelligence process related to Visual merchandising or client events/activities, share relevant news. PLAN AND MONITOR THE BUDGETING PROCESS Co-construct the Visual experience budget based on market action plan, HQ direction and internal collaboration. Monitor spending, alert on necessary revision, and propose relevant change or new opportunities.
