1. Implementation of the CTS Divisional Service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and 1-to-1 ratio strategic targets
2. Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in the assigned territory
3. Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project the number of contacts to be made regularly
4. Manage, call on, and sell products and services directly to customers in assigned territory
5. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from intense field activity
6. Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers
7. Introduce new products and service upgrades
8. Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base
9. Meet with customers to identify customer's current and future needs and then provide one or more optimized Solutions via technical proposal
10. Obtain, develop or otherwise prepare, deliver, and present sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs
11. Prepare for and coordinate exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities
12. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms, and renewal, extension, or alteration of service contracts to customers
13. Activate and maintain contract services
14. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people / employees relevant to this mission
15. Prepare monthly reports as assigned relative to activity, orders won and lost, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget
16. Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments
17. Perform other duties as assigned
