Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. - Coaches and counsels plant management in development and demonstration of leadership and management practices required to establish and maintain a positive work environment. - Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, training, communications) - Partners with hiring managers and key collaborators to manage the full recruitment process and achieve the company growth target. - Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment. - Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations. - Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. - Establishes and maintains a presence on the plant floor to keep a read on the pulse of the organization. - Implements appropriate risk management policies and procedures to ensure plant compliance with safety requirements and laws.

People responsibility : NO Report to : SVP Resourcing and Onboarding Job Content: - Work with senior recruiters on market mapping and sourcing of candidates - Source candidates through different channels, interview and identify potential candidates proactively - Act as a candidate manager, identifying potential candidate pipeline by call plan, cold calling and warm calling - Initiate ideas and execute recruitment marketing activities to enable candidate pipeline - Execute ASP and local R&O related recruitment projects such as Global Graduate Programme or strategic campus recruitment activities or recruitment technology projects - Provide administrative support to the Head of Resourcing and Onboarding or senior recruiters, such as interview arrangement, gathering candidates employment details - Assist Head of Resourcing and Onboarding or senior recruiters in managing candidates throughout the search process - Update candidate tracking record and managing candidate database, keep abreast of relevant market trends in hiring - Maximize the experiences of candidate and hiring manager which aligned to HSBC brand values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements and operational excellence
