About the role
As part of HR team in Taipei. This role requires to work in office.
What you will do
• Assist with various employee file maintenance
• Assist with social insurance enrollment/ withdrawal transaction
• Assist with record keeping such as scanning and filing HR & payment related documents
• Assist with processing and tracking leave of absences in system
• Assist with recruiting process such as pre-employment paperwork, testing, background check and on-boarding process
• Assist with training program preparation & coordination
• Referring issues to senior HR staff/ Head
• Provide general office support to HR department as directed and other duties as assigned
What you will need
• Education Background: Pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field.
• Proactive attitude and eager to learn
• Good teamwork and collaboration
• Have good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Good command in English
• A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong work-ethic and service mindset
• Ability to professionally handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
• Typing, composing, proofing, filing, entering data, maintaining records, following up on details and meeting deadlines.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & HRIS systems).
