Are you inquisitive towards the luxury industry? #YourJourneyStartsHere This 24-month Management Trainee Program will immerse early career talents in an accelerated learning environment constituted by international onboarding experience, on-the-job training, diverse projects, personalized mentoring as well as engagement with our leadership team.
Retail and Corporate Rotations
The Program offers unique opportunity to rotate and experience life across both Retail and Corporate environments, you will gain multi-faceted operational experience and practical skills that prepare you to become future leaders in Louis Vuitton.
In the Retail function, you will gain hands-on experience with Clients as well as team and project management. You will partner closely with Client Development, Retail Operations, and different retail teams to create an exceptional Client experience. For Corporate function, you will be assigned to a diverse range of projects to gain first-hand exposure through collaborating with different functions and departments.
Regional Exposure
Throughout the Program, you will be part of a community of fellow Trainees in the North Asia Zone (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea) and have the opportunity to take part in regional projects. The Program will incorporate a range of learning opportunities as well as mentorship by senior managers, so by the end of the Program, you will have built a robust and comprehensive foundation and ready to become a next generation Leader in our Retail Management team.

STAGE 1 (6 MONTHS) : CLIENT EXPERIENCE as client advisor in the Store
STAGE 2 (6 MONTHS) : OFFICE FUNCTIONAL EXPOSURE
STAGE 3 (12 MONTHS) : LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT as team manager in a 2nd store
