You will be responsible for:
1、Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls:
- Engage effectively with potential customers, understand their needs, and drive sales growth through sales calls
- Drive key metrics and develop effective communication strategies
- Provide valuable consultation to merchants on projects for acquiring, retaining, resurrecting, and upselling
- Initiate new pilot projects and aim to scale them up, transferring them to external call agents in the long run
2、Scaled Account Management:
- Perform value-add activities that help increase growth and/or profitability of restaurant partners in a scalable way
- Understand the needs of restaurant partners and assist in solving incoming support requests
3、Project Management:
- Come up with high-impact, scalable projects to improve every aspect of the restaurant partner experience through data analysis
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve better results
4、Data Analysis:
- Have a data-driven mindset and be able to interpret data points into actionable insights
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external restaurant partners
Must have:
- Strong phone contact handling skills. Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar role
- Fast-learner and passionate about product knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Flexible and always looking for new solutions to existing problems
- Data driven and comfortable with numerical analysis
- Willing to work inconsistent hours when needed
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
