- 負責利用 Ragic 平台開發數位化的酒店流程，提升運營效率。
- 具備對業務、採購、會計等常見企業流程的基本理解，能夠快速融入並理解飯店業務流程。
- 曾使用過 ERP、CRM、HR 等套裝軟體，了解其彈性不足的痛點，能夠運用 Ragic 提供更具彈性的解決方案。
- 負責利用 EMILY RPA 開發機器人流程自動化，提升業務流程效率。
- 協助各部門識別可自動化的流程，並開發量身定制的 RPA 解決方案。
- 監控 RPA 系統運行狀態，確保其穩定性，並及時解決出現的問題。
- 到職後需通過線上資源自學 Ragic 和 EMILY RPA 的使用，持續提升專業技能。
Job Requirements:
- Strong logical thinking and passion for the hospitality industry; advanced coding skills are not required. We primarily use EMILY RPA and Ragic for process automation development.
- Responsible for developing digital hotel processes using the Ragic platform to enhance operational efficiency.
- Basic understanding of common business processes such as sales, procurement, and accounting, enabling quick integration and comprehension of hotel business processes.
- Previous experience with ERP, CRM, HR, and other software packages, understanding their limitations, and utilizing Ragic to provide more flexible solutions.
- Responsible for developing robotic process automation using EMILY RPA to improve business process efficiency.
- Assist various departments in identifying automatable processes and developing customized RPA solutions.
- Monitor the RPA system's operational status to ensure stability and promptly resolve any issues.
- Required to self-learn the use of Ragic and EMILY RPA through online resources after joining, continuously enhancing professional skills.
