• 1年(或以上)工作經驗(餐飲工作經驗為佳),且具基本餐飲及酒水概念
• 基本的中文、英語對話能力。另具備基本日文對話能力佳
• 負責任、高度工作熱誠和學習精神
• 組織能力佳且具備能同時處理不同事務之能力
• 勇於接受批評,且能加以改進
• 靈機應變能力佳且具良好溝通技巧

【工作內容】
• 維持用餐及工作環境的整潔
• 即時了解並能為客人解說/推薦酒水資訊
• 送餐並為客人解說菜色
• 熱情地帶位和送客
• 注意時間並控制客人用餐速度
• 清楚地與廚師溝通客人需求
• 標準結帳流程
• 配合公司發布的教育訓練和活動規劃
• 保持專業整潔的外表形象
• 仔細觀察客人並察覺其需求,迅速執行相應服務
• 外場用品的採購和管理
• 聯繫相關修繕人員
• 更換菜單

【Requirements】
• 1+years of related experience
• Basic food and wine knowledge
• Basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese preferred. Intermediate to fluent level of Japanese is a plus!
• Well-organized, motivated, and has strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the position
• Responsible, hardworking and always has high desire of learning
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Versatile, observant, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great collaborative attitude and work ethic
• High standard of work performance
【Responsibilities】
• Maintaining tidiness and cleanness of both work and service area.
• Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Sending and explaining dishes clearly to the guests.
• Greeting guests with confidence and passion.
• Oversee and guide guests to complete dining experience.
• Respectfully and precisely communicate with kitchen team.
• Ability of using credit card machine and POS system correctly.
• Joining MUME's training sessions and other events.
• Stay tidy and high level of hospitality professionalism.
• Always being flexible, thoughtful and aware of guests needs and confirming their requests with appropriate service.
• Stocking and preparing service related items.
• In contact with repair assistance.
• Menu changing.
