【職責說明】
☑ 細心傾聽客戶需求並且給予正確的解決方案
☑ 主要協助解決會員資料維護等相關問題
☑ 為客戶提供良好的服務品質
☑ 上班時間皆為早班,目前為 07:00 - 16:00,將依照國際客服需求更動
☑ 鼓勵挑戰英文組QA職位
【職務要求】
☑ 英語聽、說、讀、寫均精通
☑ 細心負責、口語表達流暢
☑ 專科以上學歷
☑ 無工作經歷可 (產業不拘, 有客服經歷優先錄取)
☑ 週一至週六能配合輪休 (週日固定休),國定假日需排班。

☑ Interested in pursuing the QA position on our English team.
【Requirement】
☑ Fluent in English.
☑ Intermediate or fluent English level.
☑ No work experience required, we have comprehensive training for all new-comers.
☑ Call centre experience is not a 'must' but would be a distinct advantage.
▲ Hours: Currently working from 7 am - 4 pm (Might change depending on the client).
▲ Location: Taipei, Taiwan (near Xiangshan MRT Station).
