<Duties and Responsibilities>
1. Establish good interpersonal communication with department members by providing daily business support.
2. Provision of full range secretarial services / assistant including meeting co-ordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, import/export shipment arrangement, filing, etc.
3. Assist to organize department internal workshops and company events.
4. Carry out brand marketing on social medias such as FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube and prepare for brand events.
5. Make order input based on supply plan and forecast and update supply plan and sample schedule to customers timely. timely.
6. Managing associations, global awards, certifications status.
7. Execute any other tasks assigned by the head of department.
