Hours of Operation: 22:00PM-7:00AM(Taiwan time)
Job Responsibilities
• Professionally answer e-mails, phone calls, and supporting customers from
various merchant platforms with questions regarding their order
• Data Entry
• Noting and forwarding any issues related to ordering/service, product info and
item listing to internal departments to ensure corrections are being made
• Facilitating return, exchange or refund of an order/item based on customer's
request
• Tactfully resolve any customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other Customer Support related tasks as assigned
Ability, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements
• Accurate typing at 40 word per minute in English
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Great English reading comprehension and writing skills
• Reliable and patient
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
at all times
• Prior related job experience preferred
