• Establish and review of company’s operating policies, manuals, regulations and procedures.
• Direct and coordinate the efficient management of administrative services such as office clerical, printing, facilities, maintenance, telecommunications, purchasing, security, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; maintaining file systems; mailing and shipping packages
• Manage company-wide inbound and outbound booking arrangements
• Validate invoices and prepare payment requests
• Assist in advertising, conference co-organizing, exhibition participating
• Assist in sales/service team for business development and sales target achievement
• Follow up from pricing analysis, quote, order booking, slot allocation, shipment dispatch, invoicing, acceptance, AR tracking, RMA, etc. until the completion of business cycle
• Governmental tender / sales contract preparation. Familiar with business requirements, company policy, and provide appropriate solution to meet their needs
• Import and Export affairs follow-up: Duty exemption, import license application for specific system or parts
• Expertise support for multi-lingual communication within cross countries, ex. Meeting, documents, records and reports
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
