- 品牌視覺形象規劃與企業形象識別系統建立
【能力需求】
- 美術、平面設計或類似主修學士學位
- 具有4年以上在In-house/設計Agency/行銷部門的設計工作經驗
- 較強的構圖、插畫、排版和資訊設計技能
- 協助建立品牌發展的實務經驗,能實現視覺設計品質、也了解行銷思維
- 要能與各種不同職能的團隊合作,確保所有設計和品牌形象保持一致
- 具有批判性設計思維 注重細節和獨立執行能力
- 必須熟練使用 Adobe Creative Suite
- 能夠獨立工作,但具有積極的團隊精神
- 保持對當前設計趨勢的敏感度,不斷挑戰自我,追求創新

We are currently seeking a skilled senior graphic designer to join our marketing team. This person would be 100% used by marketing department to support all the necessary marketing efforts. The role will involve developing visually engaging communications solutions that span multiple media, including print marketing materials, product packaging, and digital marketing communications (such as social media and websites). The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop various creative assets aligned with our brands' design guidelines – including but not limited to advertising, exhibition, social media content, website, flyers, brochures, business docs, presentations, email campaigns, packaging, and so on.
- Ability to turn complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals.
- Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company, and externally through various partners.
- Concept and collaborate with internal teams to develop roadmaps and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Continually iterate on concepts to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
- Stay on the pulse of current design trends and constantly push the creative envelope.
- Fully understand the content and design posts for Linkedin independently.
- Fully understand and accurately utilize brand assets and style tone.
- Fully understand the content and re-layout, illustration for blog/white paper/application note on scheduled independently.
- Create an illustration style guideline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- With 4+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department.
- Strong composition, illustration, typography, and information design skills.
- Direct experience with the development and implementation of brand experiences.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in all design and brand touchpoints.
- Demonstrable design thinking and execution skills with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of how to achieve business goals with great design.
- Hands-on proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent in brand, marketing and design principles and best practices.
- Incorporate feedback and take direction well.
- Proven ability to independently conceptualize and think critically about design.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with evolving priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, yet as a team with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bonus traits:
- Experienced working in B2B, medical, biotech or relevant industry.
- Strong illustration skills with simple, sleek, high-tech style.
- Experience in motion graphics/ 3D animation production/video editing.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
