重點如下:
匯報主管:HR Manager
期望人選工作經驗:3+年HR領域工作經驗,且必須有擔任過一線處理員工需求的HR Operations。(公司有外籍工程師,需溝通無障礙)
合約週期:一年契約制,6個月1簽。若雙方配合愉快【希望可以持續合作下去】
職位預算:年薪70-90萬
英文需求:書寫精通、口說需工作專業程度的流利,需與APAC 其他分公司討論招募&專案的推進。
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations (45%)
1. Act as a primary HR window to provide quality HR service in response to employee inquiries and requests.
2. Support HR programs and processes across the company, including employee onboarding, offboarding, learning, engagement, and other HR projects
3. Maintain the accurate data and reports in HR systems, and provide ad-hoc reports as requested
4. Be responsible for management and maintenance of People team shared drive and documentation
2. Talent Acquisition (40%)
1. Be responsible for the recruitment of the junior position
2. Be responsible for the interview coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders from different counties and create the positive recruitment experience
3. Maintain outside Peloton company pages, hiring platforms, and employer-branding sites
4. Maintain accurate date and reports within internal tools and ATS (we use Greenhouse)
5. Support the recruitment projects and activities as requested
3. Office Management (15%)
1. Support the office management
2. Support the team lunch and pantry benefits arrangement
QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years working experience in human resources domain
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with different stakeholders and drive things forward
3. Ability to prioritize multi-tasks with the attention to detail and time management
4. Ability to adapt and respond to changes in a fast-paced environment
5. Professional written and oral skills in English
6. Foundational knowledge to Taiwan labor law
WORKING HOURS:
Mon. to Fri. 09:30-18:30 (one hour break time)
