As an Information Technology Engineer, you will manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist end-users, implement new technologies, and help automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency and security.
【Responsibilities】
Maintain and manage the company's hardware, software, and system services.
- First-line troubleshooting and repair for hardware and software issues (including Mac, Linux, Windows).
- Hardware deployment, configuration, and installation of user computers.
- Routine maintenance of operational software, including account and permission changes for new hires and offboarding employees.
- Regular system checks and backups.
- Inventory management, including equipment check-in/check-out.
- Deployment of pre-built Docker and LXC containers:
- Some services are set up using Docker and LXC containers.
- Create and modify containers based on specific requirements.
- Optimize or automate routine tasks.
- Configure and adjust network architecture (VLAN, Routing, Firewall).
- Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor and other hardware/software operations related to company needs.
【Minimum qualifications】
- Integrity (High ethical standards)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of computer and network hardware architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
【Preferred qualifications】
- Experience with LDAP, VLAN, LACP
- Routing、Firewall (IPtable)
- Familiarity with 802.1x.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and LXC container management.
