Duties
1. Managing correspondance between Executives and team when Executives are away
2. Putting together quote or pitch/proposal and budgets for clients
3. Communicating and scheduling clients, vendors & contractors
4. Purchasing and payments for Office Utility payments if needed
5. 104.com.tw Job Posting, CV screening and scheduling interviews
6. Social media updates w/ Social Media team
7. Manage Executives expense reports in Matteroom.com
8. Assisting with pension, health, and other benefit documentation if needed
Skills Required (Please do not apply if you do not have the skills required. Candidates that do not have these skill sets will not be considered.)
1. Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
3. Highly Proficient in MS Office. An extremely high understanding of Excel is required.
4. Bachelor degree or higher
