To continue Maserati’s strong growth in Taiwan, we are looking for a good sales talent with the aspiration to devote his/her passion to create an exceptional Maserati brand journey to make Maserati to “move those who move the world” through the best in luxury performance.
As the sales consultant in Maserati Taiwan, you will represent Maserati who not only selling a car or finishing a transaction, but also as a professional consultant to provide Maserati brand and product information. You will guide your client to go through the Maserati Customer Journey, and to express the brand Italian culture and its spirits to the customers.
You are the one greeting and communicating with customers, discussing their needs and aspirations for a car with luxury performance, leading the sales relationship, influencing them to buy their desired Maserati for these needs, aspirations and promoting sales offers as they arise. You will also give potential customers test drives and coordinate financing if applied.
The last, as a sales consultant of Maserati Taiwan, you will build an unique and long-term relationship with your customers – continually helping them to enjoy the excitement and exclusivity provided by Maserati. Especially for those whom first purchasing their Italian luxury car, you will lead them to experience the Maserati lifestyle through brand hosted activities (Fine Dinning, Outing, Grand Tour, Track Driving, Golf Day, etc), then to create the loyalty beyond reasons.
Responsiblities
• To finalize the initial Maserati brand training session and online product training courses from time to time
• To greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements or opinions to match their needs with our Maserati fleet.
• To accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate Maserati’s driving passions, product features, and innovated technology.
• To build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish customer network.
• To manage the customer pipeline in the salesforce system and report to the sales manager accordingly
• To collaborate with the marketing department to implement the customer engagement activities.
• To support Maserati pre-owned business development – car/customer sources referral and introducing
• Willing to learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Continuously developing product and sales knowledge to become a Maserati ambassador with confidence and authority in front of customers.
• To complete all paperwork/ documents/ filings relating to the selling procedure

工作責任
• 完成Maserati 瑪莎拉蒂原廠銷售訓練和產品培訓課程
• 誠摯友好的迎賓以展現品牌專業形象,傾聽客戶需求並在產品選擇上給予分析及建議
• 陪同客戶並安排完整的試駕體驗,展示Maserati 瑪莎拉蒂獨有的義式美學設計、駕馭操控樂趣、產品特性和創新科技
• 建立與客戶良好且和諧的互動關係,深化客戶轉介和關係經營基礎
• 妥善運用銷售流程管理系統並落實客戶資訊管理,向銷售經理報告客戶開發進度
• 透過與行銷部門緊密合作,協助行銷部門執行品牌對客戶的互動連結和體驗活動
• 支持與推廣Maserati 瑪莎拉蒂原廠認證中古車的經營發展,並完成車源買回及客源轉介生意的任務
• 樂於面對和克服反對意見並在不同階段的銷售過程中學習成長
• 持續提升產品專業和銷售領域知識,成為從容自信和具專業影響力的”Maserati 瑪莎拉蒂品牌大使”
• 完成與銷售流程相關之行政事務、相關文書及系統建立作業
