三、主動制定計劃和管理資源,以推動部門和流程績效的改進。
四、報告任何偏離包裝過程標準的情況(針對自己的責任範圍)。尋找潛在的解決方案,並,與更高層次進行有效的溝通。
五、通過指導人員來將團隊導向公司目標。建立訓練教材,訓練及指導人員。
六、掌握和評估機台性能數據並提出改進措施。
七、主動制定計劃和管理資源,以推動部門和流程績效的改進。通過設定優先順序,確保經濟高效地執行滿足產出要求所需的活動。支援預算編製過程。
Ensure Safety agenda is implemented in the shift, while managing the entire process. The aim of reaching the planned quantities and production quality, and improve the key performance indicators, leading to a safe working environment on line level (machines/areas).
1. Implements Heineken safety and food safety standards. Monitors the 5S, housekeeping, HACCP and order on the line. Ensures sustainable production environment.
2. Seeks information and improvement opportunities and takes care that quality improvement activities within own area of responsibility are executed.
3. Proactively develops plans and manages resources to drive improvements in department and process performance.
4. Reports any deviation from packaging process standards (for own area of responsibility). Looks for potential solutions and makes effective communication to higher level.
5. Implements the strategy by mobilizing and directing people. Develops training materials and train and coach the people.
6. Captures and evaluates performance data and proposes improvement actions.
7. Proactively develops plans and manages resources to drive improvements in department and process performance. Ensures cost- efficient execution of the activities necessary to meet the output requirements by setting priorities. Supports the budgeting process.
