The Financial Manager has primary responsibility for the accounting booking review and analysis for Malaysia legal entities of the Group ,including tax compliance and implementation of complex accounting issues and new businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Conduct and coordinate month-end closing activities with related departments.
• Generate, review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Coordinate and work with external auditor for annual financial statements audit
• Identify, design and implement accounting process and contents for new accounting standard/regulations and new business initiatives.
• Improve and automate current accounting controls and processes by collaborating with Information Technology team
• Other accounting/finance functions/missions business may require
