As a Software Technical Support at AirDroid, you will have the chance to work in a thriving SAAS environment with enterprise-level customers, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct technical support to customers, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to ensure successful product implementation. You will own all technical inquiries and escalations, troubleshooting issues related to installation, performance, and integration of AirDroid Business products and supporting technologies.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide high-level technical support, collaborate with Sales & Customer Success teams, and demonstrate product solutions.
- Conduct internal technical training, assist customers in resolving issues, and manage tickets using help desk solutions.
- Create self-help documentation and take ownership of technical projects.
- Proficient in online tools and multitasking.
- Ownership mentality, adaptability, and analytical skills.
- Logical, problem-solving mindset, and tech-savvy.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
* Experience with Help-desk/CRM systems is a plus.
* Knowledge of Android devices preferred.
* Night shifts are optional and open for discussion.
