Production Team Leader will partner with the Quality Team to achieve: • A culture and expectation of zero quality defects. All production related quality issues are correctly identified, evaluated, and corrected. • Well trained, data focused employees who prioritize continuous improvement on all production related quality matters. • A quality management system (QMS) aligned to the needs and expectations of semiconductor materials production and handling. All manufacturing activities are carried out in line with ISO9001, documented and approved procedures and processes, and meeting customer specifications. Audits and inspections from customer and regulatory bodies are well supported and receive timely closure. • Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards. • Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
