The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This individual will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing optimization tactics to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and adept at leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through email marketing, webinar, Line, Social Media, and SEM(SEO and SEA/PPC).
2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of webinar logistics, promotion, execution, and performance analysis.
3. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
4. Lead the development of comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with business goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing and service engineer to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.
6. Optimize acquisition funnels so that we understand where and how to invest in our most efficient digital channels, including own media and paid media.
7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools(Adobe Analytic), to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
8. Support team to plan and execute multi-channels digital marketing campaigns to achieve target KPI.
9. Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
10. Support Local IT (20%): Provide technical support to local staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Hard & Soft Skills:
1. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience with SEM tools(e.g., Skai )
3. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms,and ranking factors.
4. Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with basic email campaign management
5. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing software, and Line.
7. Be an independent contributor and a collaborator at the same time, and have a leadership mindset.
8. Detail-oriented, proactive in problem identification, clear logical thinking, and possesses problem analysis, resolution, and communication skills.
9. Demonstrates qualities such as customer service orientation, responsibility, proactive approach, and strong willingness to learn.
