1. Teaching conversation, listening, reading, writing, and vocabulary
2. Helping students take and pass French language proficiency exams.
3. Evaluating students' levels to decide which classes are suitable for them
4. Having the ability to write and execute lesson plans, and to decide the most suitable teaching methods, goals, and material for students
5. Working with the director to help students obtain the best learning result and reporting to the director about students' situation when there are things that the school or students should pay attention to
6. School's target students are mostly adults
7. MUST PROVIDE class syllabuses if the school requires the teacher to
